Llama| first of all music is a big part of my life. starting at about fifth grade my parents wanted me to be involved in chorus and other choral programs. of corse there was a point where i had enough and just broke off and refused. it was a disturbing experience, standing on risers in uniform standing perfectly still, singing songs that nobody in the room actually liked. my point is i believe if you have a talent and want to express it, express it in your own way. don't let anybody exploit you for it. still now i'm training my voice to a cheVelle/tool/metallica esque vocal style. i'm also practicing my guitar and songwriting. pete loeffler and lacey mosely are hands down my top role models. both of them are doing their part to stray from the trashy junk music you hear a lot today with deep meaningful lyrics. they both have unique vocal styles and can go from sing to scream instantly. lacey's life story is so inspiring and reading the meaning behind her song tina( [link])nearly made me cry and keep in mind i never cry (excluding a few years of childhood). in all her performances, she literally lifts her hands and screams for god. that's the kind of musician i want to be. other than that i enjoy pretty much anything life has to offer. i don't ever want to live a normal life. i'll take any risk or adventure thrown at me. i also hate twilight after making the mistake of liking it for a time BEFORE the entire craze came about. i will gladly give you an INTELLIGENT explanation why but if you say anything like "OMG U SUKK EDWURD ISH SOO HAWTT!!!11!1!" i will gut you. |
